Your Vision

Next Steps

Once you book with Rococo - first we celebrate! We're so thrilled to be helping you with the BEST part of your wedding - your FLOWERS! After doing a little happy dance, here are next steps:

1. We will send you estimated pricing, mood board and a contract with deposit information to lock in your date with Rococo.

2. From there, you have our dedicated wedding coordinator Sophie to answer questions and discuss + refine designs.

3. When we are one month out from your date, we will make sure all counts and designs are finalized so we can order your flowers!

On the Day of Your Wedding!

Our team will arrive on-site for load in (we always discuss timing and logistics with your venue or planner). While you are getting ready, sipping mimosas, enjoying your day and getting excited - we're out there creating floral magic. Bringing that vision that we've been talking about over email to LIFE! Typically on larger weddings, we return after your event to break down installations and collect rentals - but we'll talk about this more.

We can't wait to get started! We are firm believers that flowers should be fun. They are the cherry on top of your wedding, the creme de la creme. So we're here to keep you on track having fun knowing you can trust Rococo to create something extraordinary.

FAQs

We source our flowers from a variety of wholesalers and growers depending on your style, time of year and seasonality, and the best quality available. We get flowers from growers in New England in the spring, summer, fall as well as globally from Japan, the Netherlands, Italy, South America and more. We are extremely particular with our sourcing and this is part of what makes working with Rococo so special.

Yes! We offer a drop off service — we will deliver all of your flowers to your venue but will not set them up (the venue staff or family/friends can take care of that for you!). We also offer a pick up from our shop! Please feel free to reach out at events@rococofloralco.com

Absolutely! All we really need is a date and venue to ensure we are available. Our team is extremely passionate about what we do and has a wealth of knowledge to help you design your dream day whether you know a lot or very little.

We are so glad you asked. One of our top values is sustainability and striving to minimize our footprint on the planet guides our everyday practices at our shop and with weddings. We do not use floral foam. Rather, we use basalt or wool foam blocks which can be composted). We also use chicken wire for many of our mechanics and re-use it as well. Our bouquet glasses are recycled glass. We source locally whenever the design + season allows.

You're welcome to keep any and all of your florals. If our team returns for breakdown of your event to collect vessels, candlelight and strike installations we'll compost the flowers that come back. We open your blooms to peak beauty for your event - so they typically do not last long after. If you are looking to have someone donate your florals after the event, we recommend reaching out to Reflower Project or talking with your event planner.

Yes! Ceremony, church, home, reception venue - we'll talk about this more once we get into the details of the day(s).

We have a wide variety of rental candlelight as well as pedestals, arches + chuppahs, urns + vessels available.

High Season Minimum Spend

We have a minimum spend for full-service weddings during the high season of May to November - full-service meaning our team comes on site to set up all of the flowers. The minimums below are the spend requirement for full service weddings before labor which is typically around 25%-30% of the total.

  • Cambridge + Somerville: $5,000
  • Boston: $8,000+ depending on venue
  • South Shore + North Shore: $10,000
  • Cape Cod and Out-of-State: $12,000+ depending on location
